Learn how to properly reverse sear a Beef Ribeye for perfect edge-to-edge sear and a beautiful medium rare cook from our friend Matt Lokay @CaliforniaGrillin.
 
  1. Season the steak in Hardcore Carnivore Black 
  2. Reverse sear (see video)
  3. Cook steak indirect at 225f to internal temperature of 115 to 120f. Then sear right away for 2 mins on each side or to desired finished temp.
  4. Steak doesn't need much as the quality is terrific!
