Refund policy
BUY RANCH DIRECT DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON. For instances of defective products or deliveries arriving outside of the delivery window due to the fault of Buy Ranch Direct, a store credit or replacement item may be issued solely at the discretion of Buy Ranch Direct but is not guaranteed*. In order to ensure prompt resolution of any claims, photo/video evidence is greatly encouraged.
PLEASE BUY SHIPPING INSURANCE FOR ALL FEDEX/UPS SHIPING ORDERS!!! It costs a small percentage of your orders value, and fully covers your package against loss, damage, theft, etc. To purchase, simply turn on Route Order Protection during the checkout process; your insurance charge is applied as part of your order and your package is then fully insured!
Please be advised that FedEx & UPS are notorious for delays around the holiday season; PLEASE purchase the Route Package Protection we've made available for your orders on the Shipping Method Details page at checkout. If you decline to purchase insurance, we will be unable to offer you compensation of any kind if your order is lost, delayed or damaged, NO EXCEPTIONS.
All claims must be filed within 72 hours of receipt. We are unable to offer compensation of any kind resulting from errors made by the customer when entering shipping or other information.
- Please note: We are not responsible for issues caused by the carrier of your choosing; by purchasing from us and choosing to have your order shipped, you understand that we are not responsible for any packages once they have left our warehouse facility. For example, if your order is not delivered, lost in transit, is damaged due to rough handling, experiences delays in transit, or is stolen after delivery, these are things outside of the control and responsibility of Buy Ranch Direct and must be taken up directly with the carrier. We are happy to provide supporting documentation or other information to support your claim, but will not be able to file the claim on your behalf.
Please Be Aware: We have extremely limited space on our trucks for Pre-Paid Farmers Market Orders. If you are unable to pick up your order on your selected date, you must contact us to arrange for an alternate pickup date. Orders that are not rescheduled may be removed from our truck; orders not picked up after 30 days may be cancelled & refunded less a 25% restocking fee at our discretion.
Due to the nature of our operations & the use of multiple processors, variation in packaging, cut styles, visual characteristics, etc. may vary batch to batch. The product you receive may not be exactly as pictured. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns; refunds will not be given in the event meat from a processing facility differs from one you've had in the past.
