Approximately 80/20, our Reserve Ground Chuck is slightly higher in fat than our classic ground beef, and has that deep beefy flavor associated with the Chuck primal (chuck roast, flat iron, etc.). Wonderful as the base for a burger, but can be used the same way as our classic ground beef.Â
Our Reserve Beef is our best of the best for conventional, grass fed & finished beef here at Buy Ranch Direct. Reserve Beef is aged longer than our standard beef (approximately an additional week) and is cut at our most experienced processor. A treat no matter what you choose!
