Beef Hanger Steaks are an incredibly flavorful steak similar to a thicker, fairly tender and much more flavorful skirt or flap steak. The only steak we offer that isn't dry aged, this cut is unique and versatile; goes amazingly well with a chimichurri or peppercorn reduction!
Most have the membrane in the center removed for a quick and easy experience, but it's always best to check that it's been completely removed prior to cooking; the steaks are very tender, but the membrane that runs down the center of the hanger is quite tough and is best removed prior to cooking.
