We cut a handful of Boneless Bison Prime Ribs this year, and we have this one available for our online ordering customers! About 4-5 inches thick and 18-20 inches long, this roast is untied and can be prepared any way you'd like! Feeds 8 - 15 people (20 oz - 10 oz portions) depending on your serving size preference.
These phenomenal Dry-Aged Bison Prime Rib Roasts are absolute showstoppers! One of the most flavorful roasts around, with a more intense "red meat" flavor than our Beef Prime Ribs and just enough tasty fat, this is hands-down one of the finest cuts we have to offer! Our Bison Prime Ribs are slightly leaner this year than last year, but have a wonderful deep color & and will be just as delicious as always!
All pricing is based on the total weight; we recommend about 0.75 - 1.25 pounds per person on Boneless Prime Ribs.
