Each box contains a minimum of 10 LBS of individually packed, hand selected cuts & ground beef, including approximately:
- 2-3 lbs Beef Roasts (Crossrib, Rump, or Ball Tip)
- 1-2 lbs Beef Shank or Back Ribs
- 1-2 lbs of Beef Stew Meat
- 2-3 lbs of London Broil or Eye of Round
- 1-2 lbs Ground Beef
- 0-2 lbs of Assorted Beef Cuts (Blade Steak, Chuck Tender, Flat Iron, Tip Steak)
