Beef Wagyu Rump Roast - Single Pack

Richer & more tender than our traditional beef offerings, this roast has one of the highest fat contents of any beef we offer, and has a fat texture closer to that of olive oil than to traditional beef fat. 

Wagyu Rump is extremely versatile and loaded with comforting beefy flavor. Makes a wonderfully soft shredded beef and is our favorite for making slow cooked dished like chili.
