Meaty with a great flavor! 2-3 packs for a total of 5-6 lbs. Excellent on the smoker or grill. While often not as tender as pork ribs, Beef Back Ribs are very rich in flavor and love a low and slow cook.Â
Please note, packaging may be loose, but the ribs are 100% good to eat! This is common with this cut, as the vacuum cannot be as strong due to the sharp edges on the rib bones. Some may also come paper wrapped inside the vacuum bag.Â
