Beef Wagyu Hanger Steaks - 1-2 pieces per pack
Wagyu Hanger Steaks are an incredibly flavorful steak similar to a thicker, more tender & more flavorful skirt or flap steak. These steaks have much more fat than traditional hanger steaks for a rich, mouthwatering meal!
Most have the membrane in the center removed for a quick and easy experience, but it's always best to check that it's been completely removed prior to cooking; the steaks are very tender, but the membrane that runs down the center of the hanger is quite tough and is best removed prior to cooking.
