These Beef Wagyu Under-Blade Steaks are a rich & marbled hidden gem! These steaks are extremely marbled with a rich, chuck flavor. While not the most tender steak available, they are tender enough for grilling, stir frying, pan searing or any other application you choose. They can be cooked as-is straight out of the package, but depending on your preference you may want to cut the steaks in half to make them thinner, allowing for a quick hot sear over a charcoal grill. Under-Blade Steaks take any marinade well, but are also great with just salt and pepper to season. 

If you choose to braise them instead they will also make a wonderful stew such as Bourguignon, or dice up small for a pasta such as ragu.
