Beef Reserve Short Ribs, Bone-In, Standard Cut (1-2 inches thick). Our Reserve Short Ribs typically come with 3-4 strips per pack.

A classic braising cut, these ribs have well marbled meat, lots of fat and some bone to give an incredibly rich braising liquid when they're done. Be sure to brown these heavily before cooking for maximum flavor!

They come wrapped in paper to reduce the chance that the cut surface of the bones punctures the plastic; We recommend removing as soon as your package is defrosted. 

Our Reserve Beef is our best of the best for conventional, grass fed & finished beef here at Buy Ranch Direct. Reserve Beef is aged longer than our standard beef (approximately an additional week) and is cut at our most experienced processor. A treat no matter what you choose!
