Cut from our most popular beef roasts (Cross Rib &/or Chuck), Beef Stew Meat is extremely versatile and loaded with comforting beefy flavor. This cut excels at everything from quick pressure cooker stews, to a classic low and slow pot roast style stews, to smoky shredded barbacoa, and everything in-between!

The only difference between this and our Beef Chuck & Cross Rib Roasts is that the Stew Meat has been cut down into about 1 inch pieces and is available in a 1 pound pack.
