Beef Eye of Round - Single Pack

Eye of Round is cut from the Round primal. It is fairly lean, but has just enough fine marbling to keep it moist and flavorful. This roast really shines as roast beef; try our favorite way to prepare it with our Easy Slow Roasted Roast Beef recipe! 

This roast can also be successfully cut into thin steaks when marinated or tenderized, and is our go-to choice for making our own beef jerky.
