Beef Flat 'Roast' - Bundle Pack - 5-6 pounds. Comes as 2-3 packs of 1-2 per pack steaks.
May come as whole flat iron roasts approximately 1-2 inches thick (cut from the flat iron subprimal with the membrane removed) with only 1 per pack, or may come cut approximately in half length wise (2 per pack). The meat is the same, it is entirely dependent on the way the individual butcher cut the meat and can be used the same way. We love ours grilled very hot to medium rare, then sliced thin.
Beef Flat Iron Steaks/Roasts come from the Chuck area, so they’re loaded with fat and flavor. This is one of the most flavorful and marbled steaks we offer, with a little more texture than New Yorks, and are great for grilling, pan searing, roasting, smoking, stir fry, anything sliced!
