Beef Wagyu, Ground Chuck - 1.0+ lbs
Recently, we decided to try something new on this single processing batch of American Wagyu steers; rather than offer these cattle only grass like we normally would, we also provided them with a small amount of Organic Barley during the last month of their finishing time. This helped them bulk out and helped keep costs reasonable for these exceptional examples of well marbled beef; they were however eating grass their entire lives.
This ground beef has the highest fat content of any beef we offer, and has a fat texture closer to that of olive oil than to traditional beef fat.
