Beef Ground Sirloin - 1.0 lbs
Approximately 90/10, our premium Ground Sirloin is more tender, slightly lower in fat and has a more "steaky" sirloin flavor than our other ground beef offerings. Wonderful as the base for a burger, but can be used the same way as our classic ground beef. We love making slider and smash burgers with Ground Sirloin, but there's no wrong way to use it!
