Beef Center Cut New York Steaks, - Approximately 1.25-1.5 lbs pounds per pack, for a total of 2.5 - 3.0 lbs lbs. 

One of the most tender steaks available, this cut also goes by the names New York Strip or Strip Loin. Leaner than a ribeye, more tender and marbled than a top sirloin, this is our favorite steak to cook in a pan. Due to its fairly uniform texture, this steak lends itself well to sous vide cooking, and also works well with a quick sear and a few minutes in the oven to bring up to temp. 

This is a highly versatile and great all-around steak; makes the best steak and eggs!
