Beef Short Ribs, Bone-In - Multiple Sizes Available

Beef Short Ribs, Bone-In, Standard Cut (typically 1-2 inches thick, 2-3 inches wide) - Approximately 2-3 bones per piece, with 2-3 strips per pack.

A classic braising cut, these ribs have well marbled meat, lots of fat and some bone to give an incredibly rich braising liquid when they're done. Be sure to brown these heavily before cooking for maximum flavor!

Our Bone-In Short Ribs typically come wrapped in paper or plastic wrap to reduce the chance that the cut surface of the bones punctures the plastic; We recommend removing this as soon as your package is defrosted.
