Richer & more tender than our traditional beef offerings, this Wagyu ground beef has one of the highest fat contents of any beef we offer, and has a fat texture closer to that of olive oil than to traditional beef fat. 

PLEASE NOTE: The labels will not indicate "Ground Beef - Wagyu" (see pictures), however will have the unique "red dot" sticker present on our Wagyu products.
