Each box contains a minimum of 25 LBS of individually packed, hand selected cuts & ground beef, including approximately:
- 5-7 lbs Beef Chuck Roast
- 4-5 lbs Beef Bone-In Short Ribs
- 2-3 lbs of Beef New York Strip Steaks
- 2-3 lbs of Beef Sirloin Cap
- 2-3 lbs of Beef Flap Steak
- 1-2 lbs of Assorted Beef Steaks (Skirt, Flank, Hanger or Petite Tender)
- 3-4 lbs Ground Beef
