Each box contains a minimum of 25 LBS of individually packed, hand selected cuts & ground beef, including approximately:
- 4-5 lbs Beef Roasts (Crossrib, Rump or Ball Tip)
- 4-5 lbs Beef Shank or Back Ribs
- 2-3 lbs of Beef Stew Meat or Short Ribs
- 4-5 lbs of London Broil or Eye of Round
- 2-3 lbs of Top Sirloin Steaks or Sirloin Cap Roast
- 3-4 lbs Ground Beef
