Galbi, or Korean Cut Short Ribs are the ultimate in grilling finger food. Our friend @cocos_paleo_kitchen shared this delicous recipe for quick and easy grilled rib dinner. Pick 'em up by the cross-cut bone and munch away.

2 pounds BRD Korean Cut Short Ribs
Sauce/Marinade:
1/2 cup coconut aminos
1 T sesame oil
2 T coconut sugar
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 t red pepper flakes
1 t salt
1 t garlic powder
1/2 t pepper
Sliced green onions to top off!
- Combine all sauce ingredients in a bowl or ziplock bag. Add Korean cut ribs and toss to coat well.
- Marinate in fridge at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Let ribs sit at room temp for 30 min before cooking.
- Turn your BBQ & warm it up on with medium flame.
- Place ribs on grill and cook 5 minutes on each side. Done. Easy peasy!
- Serve with your favorite sides - I like cauliflower rice and roasted veggies!
