Bison Flat Iron Steaks, Double Pack - 2 steaks per pack, approximately 8 oz per steak. Some packs may have 3 steaks at approximately 5 oz each, but most are 2 per pack.
Bison Flat Iron Steaks come from the Chuck area, so they’re loaded with fat and flavor. This is one of the most flavorful steaks we offer, with a little more texture than New Yorks or Ribeyes, and are great for grilling, pan searing, roasting, smoking, stir fry, anything sliced; a staff favorite!
