Simple Japanese Style Marinade (and sauce)
Mix up your weekly meal prep routine with this easy Japanese style marinade that comes together in just 5 minutes with minimal effort! Tangy and fresh from the garlic and ginger, this marinade pairs well with beef, chicken, pork and bison or use as a cooking sauce. The best part, use this marinade as a base and add honey for sweetness or chili flakes for spiciness.
How long does it take to marinade the meat?
Marinating times will vary depending on the cut, type of meat and your personal preference. We like to marinade quickly (up to an hour) so we can still taste the full flavor of our meat!
*We paired this Japanese style marinade with our Bison Flat Iron Steaks for 30 minutes before tossing onto the grill.
