Beef Flap Meat - Single Pack - Multiple Sizes Available
One of the most versatile cuts available, Flap Meat is excellent for stir fry dishes such as Broccoli Beef, can be cut into juicy Bavette steaks or slice it thin, grill it and chop it up for a traditional Carne Asada!
Can be sliced thin (carne asada) or cut into steaks (Bavette or Tip Steaks). Incredible rich flavor, with a medium texture and a little fat. Please note, this cut may require a little trimming prior to cooking; an easy test is if your fingernail can go through any pieces of silver skin on the top or bottom, it will likely burn off and does not need trimming, otherwise we recommend removing it prior to cooking to ensure every bite is tender as can be!
Very similar to Skirt and Flank Steaks in flavor, texture and use. Also makes a tender and flavorful stir fry!
