If you don't make your own bone broth or stock (it's easy, click here to learn how!), be sure to grab some Beef Bone Broth or Chicken Bone Broth, you'll wonder how you ever cooked without it!

Each box contains a minimum of 25 LBS of individually packed, hand selected cuts, including approximately: 

- 4-5 lbs Beef Chuck Roast (typically 2 packs)

- 4-5 lbs Beef Bone-In Short Ribs (typically 2 packs)

- 3-4 lbs of Beef Brisket (1 pack)

- 3-4 lbs of Pork Butt Roast (1 pack)

- 2-3 lbs of Beef Stew Meat, Rump Roast or Cross Rib Roast

- 2-3 lbs of Bison Chuck Roast, Brisket or Cross Rib Roast (1 pack)

- 2-3 lbs of Beef Cheeks (2-4 packs)

- 1-2 lbs of Beef or Bison Oxtail (1-3 packs)
