Each box contains a minimum of 10 LBS of hand selected cuts & Ground Bison, including approximately:
- 3-4 lbs Bison Roasts (Chuck, Crossrib, Rump, London Broil, etc.)
- 1-2 lbs of Bison Steaks (Skirt, Flank, Top Sirloin, Flap, Blade, Flat Iron, New York, etc.)
- 1-2 lbs of Bison Stew, Shank or Oxtail
- 3-4 lbs Ground Bison
