Bison Flat Iron Steaks, Double Pack - 2 steaks per pack, approximately 8 oz per steak. Some packs may have 3 steaks at approximately 5 oz each, but most are 2 per pack. In the event we are out of those pack configuration, your order may come as multiple packs of smaller steaks; either way, the value of the steaks you receive will be the same.
Bison Flat Iron Steaks come from the Chuck area, so they’re loaded with fat and flavor. This is one of the most flavorful steaks we offer, with a little more texture than New Yorks or Ribeyes, and are great for grilling, pan searing, roasting, smoking, stir fry, anything sliced; a staff favorite!
