Pork Crown Roasts are a fun, more economical roast that's still special & easy to prepare for a beautiful presentation on the table! This is 2 Pork Racks (aka Rib Chops), frenched & tied together to form a delicious roast. We only offer this item during the holidays, so if you love our Center Cut Pork Chops, we highly recommend giving this unique roast a try!

Multiple Sizes Available, but typically serves between 12-15 people.
