Pork Ham Roast - Bone-IN & Spiral Sliced
Applewood smoked ham, with a salt, water and sugar cure in it's natural juices. Yes, that's it!! We love this ham!
This ham is produced by the same smoker that turns our wonderful pasture raised pork into the best bacon around!
Ingredients: Pork, Water, Sea Salt, Turbinado Sugar, Celery Powder
Reheating Instructions: While these hams are smoked, they taste best when reheated in the oven prior to serving; you want to make sure you fully heat the ham all the way through, but also want to avoid potentially drying it out. The best way to do this is to place the ham on a rack in a roasting pan, then add 1/4 - 1/2 inch of water to the bottom of the pan and cover the whole thing tightly with foil. Bake at 350 for approximately 15 minutes per pound, until the ham hits 135 - 140 degrees internally. If you want to add your own glaze, you can remove the foil halfway through the reheating process to allow that glaze to develop additional flavor for your holiday feast!
Please note, this is a picture from last year's hams, packaging may vary slightly.
