Elk Rib Chops (Rack) - 1 Pair Per Pack - Multiple Sizes Available
Great on the grill or in a pan, Elk Rib Chops are a great alternative to Lamb or Bison without being overly gamey. If you're familiar with our Lamb Racks, these will be about twice the size per piece. Very tender and very lean, these are a real treat!Â
Please Note: These Elk Rib Chops are packaged as 1 piece with 2 ribs, not 2 separate 1 rib pieces. They cook very well this way and help prevent over cooking, but can be easily separated if you prefer them to be single rib pieces.Â
