These phenomenal Dry-Aged Beef Prime Rib Roasts are absolute showstoppers! This year, our prime ribs come as neatly trimmed and tied roasts, with a smaller fat cap than years past. A truly special treat!
Comes as a nicely trimmed 2-7-bone roast, depending on the weight you've selected. All pricing is based on the total weight, not the number of bones. Also, please note that our prime ribs are coming paper-wrapped inside their vacuum sealed package this year to allow for tighter seals and less chance of damage in transit.
