BisonĀ Brisket Pieces, Assorted Chunks (not just flat or just point).
A little leaner and more flavorful (but also a little sweeter) than beef, makes a great alternative to more traditional Beef Brisket. Bison Brisket tends to come out more tender if cooked low & slow, but does perform very well in a pressure cooker too!
