These phenomenal Dry-Aged Bison Prime Rib Roasts are absolute showstoppers! One of the most flavorful roasts around, with a deep rich color and lots of tasty fat, this is hands-down one of the finest cuts we have to offer!
With the exception of the whole 7-bone roasts, these come as a nicely trimmed 3 or 4 bone roast, depending on the weight you've selected. All pricing is based on the total weight, not the number of bones. We recommend about 1-1.5 pounds per person.
