Strips and/or whole pieces of Pork Kidney Fat (aka Suet); Ranges in size based on each pack weight. Please note, this product is mostly fat, but will contain some small amounts of meat left over from the trimming process.
Pork Suet is less meaty, and less flavorful, than regular Pork Fat; this fat is more neutral in flavor & smell, and is typically preferred for uses like pie crusts or homemade cosmetics.
