Pork - Wild Boar - Ground - Approximately 1.0 - 1.25 lbs per pack.
Very similar to our regular ground pork. These are pigs that got on the wrong side of the fence & grubbed on acorns, clover and whatever else they came across!
A more robust color and flavor with typically a little less fat than our normal ground pork. Something fun and unusual to try!
