Our Yak Stew Meat comes in approximately 1 inch chunks.
Makes an excellent traditional stew (just use any Beef or Bison stew recipe), although you may need to keep an eye on your first batch to ensure it does not dry out (it's not quite as forgiving as beef). As it is tender and extremely flavorful, many of our customers who enjoy our Bison also love our Yak!
With more protein and about the same amount of fat per serving as Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, this is a great way to add nutrient-dense, leaner red meat to your weekly rotation without an increase in calories or fat.
